Registration fee will be transacted in Hong Kong Dollar. The equivalent US Dollar is for reference only.

Optional Fee - Pre-congress Course on 25 August 2023 (Friday)
Registration for pre- congress course is on a first come first served basis.
Pre-congress course will be waived for Student/Trainees and Allied Health Professions that registered for main congress.

Registration Policy
- FULL PAYMENT to the Congress Secretariat of CAST2023 must be received in order to confirm your registration.
- For administrative reasons, online registrations and payments received after 18 August 2023 (noon, Hong Kong time) will not be processed.
- Online payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and Debit Card (AliPay and WeChat Pay) will be accepted. For overseas registrants who have difficulties to pay the fees online, please contact the Congress Secretariat (info@cast2023.org).
- By participating at CAST2023, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the CAST2023. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.
- If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Organizer venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer may cancel or postpone the Congress. In such event, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organizer arising there from.
- No cancellation is accepted once your registration is confirmed, however you may transfer your registration to a replacement delegate at NO extra charge latest by 25 July 2023. No transfer will be accepted after this date. The full name and details of the person who will replace you must be advised in writing to info@cast2023.org prior to the meetings.
- No refunds will be made for no show at the conference.
